Therapeutic / Deep Tissue Massage

Prenatal or pregnancy massages uses gentle techniques to help alleviate some of the ailments associated with pregnancy including; lower back, neck and shoulder pain, fatigue, joint tenderness and stretch marks. Prenatal massage can help improve circulation, promote stress reduction and relaxation.

Pre / Post-Natal Massage

Aromatherapy is the practice of using the natural oils extracted from volatile plant materials, for the purpose of altering psychological and physical well-being. Essential oils can also be absorbed through the skin, where they travel through the bloodstream and can promote whole-body healing.

Aromatherapy Massage

Sports massage emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons. The therapist generally concentrates on a specific problem area with very deep pressure, fascial release and trigger point therapy.
